Running Crazy by Helen Summer

I was at Waterstones in Poole yesterday morning for a book signing by author Helen Summer. Lovely lady and what a great book. As the blurb for Running Crazy says, 'Imagine running a marathon. Now imagine running over 100 of them. Incredible true stories from the world's most fanatical runners.' I started reading Running cazy last night and, quite literally, could not put it down.
