Helen Summer was at Waterstones, Bournemouth signing copies of Running Crazy today, so I popped in the wish her luck and to watch her busily signing away. It's a great read for runners and non-runners alike.
Still on the running theme I was thrilled to have my photo taken with marathon runner, Barry Light, and the Olympic Torch.
